Terreno Realty Buys California Property for $49.5M

Real Estate Investment Trust Terreno Realty specializes in industrial properties. NYSE: TRNO ) announced On Monday, the purchase of a property in Santa Ana, California, was completed for approximately $49.5 million.

The property, fully occupied by a "leading home improvement store," comprises a single industrial distribution facility with approximately 134,000 square feet situated on 12.1 acres of industrially-zoned land.
